We issue refunds only under the following conditions:

We believe that you had visited the plugins and themes demos site before purchasing any product from That means All accidental or by mistake purchased products do not comply with the refund policy.

Refunds will only be issued within period of 10 days from the purchase date. All refund requests afterward will be considered as invalid and the purchase will be deemed as non-refundable.

We only offer a refund for your first purchase. This means that we can not offer a refund for your second license or any other purchase.

We do not offer refunds on license upgrades.

Once we process a refund, it takes up to 5-10 business days for money to arrive back in your account (depending on payment gateway and your source of payment).

Customers who just changed their mind or can’t provide a reasonable explanation for the refund inquiry are not covered by the refund policy and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund request for problems created by third-party plugins, your hosting/database, plugins, or other software will be rejected.

No refunds will be processed on themes bundle purchases.

No refunds will be processed if customers want new features that are not present in the theme.

All discounted purchases do not comply with the refund policy.
